        Top notch service from Josh on a battery installation. Checked with a couple other auto parts stores in the area and none would perform the installation due to the type of vehicle but Josh did it quickly and would not accept a tip. 100% satisfaction. Would recommend this location to anyone. Nice Job!

        Y'all can review my profile. I may have left one other one star review in the hundreds I have left and this one is reflection of the staff. There is a young kid working at the store that I have respectfully asked him questions on multiple days and I was responded with "I don't know". Not let me ask my manager just I don't know. I gave him the year make and model of my vehicle to order a pressure line hose and I have now spent 3.5 hours replacing the hose to realize the hose he ordered doesn't fit my vehicle. I think it is time to take the air pod out of the ear and respect the customers. I even spoke to the manager who was unapologetic and just said is there anything else I can do for you to get me off the phone and did not address the employee. Would recommend going to the Washington Blvd location. Randy took care of me.
