Mr. Saba is wonderful to work with. He really takes care of his clients. Buying a house is very stressful. He made the process very easy. Everyone on staff was courteous and professional and explained things to me so I could understand.

Excellent Firm to work with!! My wife and I have worked with Mr. Saba and his team on 3 purchases and have sold 2 properties with them. The office's professionalism and attention to detail is the reason I would recommend them and will use them in the future. During the process they kept my wife and I updated on any hurdles that came up, as well as having a solution to those hurdles for us. We felt very comfortable knowing our best interests were a priority.

Buyer chose this firm to close on my Sarasota property. Unlike every other property I've bought/sold in the past ten years, this was the first I couldn't esign remotely. Then, they kept changing their mind on the closing date/time. And to top it all off, they completely disregarded their own closing form with new/forwarding address, and gave the address of the property I sold as the address to send documents and checks. Avoid this firm, there are much better out there.
