DO NOT USE THIS PLACE ! If I could give zero stars I would. I dropped off my taxes the beginning of March.I was using a W2 standardized deduction. They glanced at it and said at the most I would pay is 1,000 to the IRS. I asked when they would be done approximately two weeks later. I was told to get previous years information which I did within 24 hours. Finally I told them I was going out of town and needed to pick them up. Joe Pomykala called me and stated I owed 3,680 to the IRS and my bill for them was $400. I told him it was ridiculous. He explained several people look at it which means more money for them since they charge by the hour. When I went to pick them up he came out and said he wasnt going to do them because I minimized what he did. He was extremely unprofessional and rude. Fortunately it was April 1 and not April 15. I went the same day to H and R block who didnt need the previous years taxes, the fee was $125 and I saved $300 on what I owed to the IRS. They also did them in about 40 minutes. Dont waste your time or money with this place.
