My wife and I are Canadians who, for the last 30 years have had to also file tax returns with the IRS, in addition to the CRA. We became clients of Famiglio & Assoc. way back then. We were advised on additional business expenses which we could claim in the U.S., and they tracked down a significant refund due which the IRS had lost. Lucy has handled our accounts for (nearly?) all of the time, and we have been very happy with her promptness and helpfulness even though we must have the record for the smallest account that they have on their books!

In my brief experience speaking with George, he called me sweetheart and babe. When I asked him to not call me sweetheart, he told me that he treats everyone like family. This was our first and only interaction. Also, a simple request took multiple calls and over 10 days.
