Worst company ever. Incompetence and total lack of customer service, utterly despicable. If you are lucky enough to have a well, go back to it, these people are AWFUL. I have not used any water at one of my properties for over 6 months, yet the water bill is the same every month???? How is that possible???????They never actually read a meter, and consistently charge whatever they want to charge.

This place has predatory practices. They make it so hard to set up auto pay so they can make that extra 10%. Any other company you do this online in a simple and fast way. Not here. They send out some trashy person who can't even knock on the door to tell you anything before they unhook it. Once paid they take hours to turn back on . Terrible people here and there's no way to change it. It's water christ sake. Everyone needs it and sometimes they forget to pay the bill. Tell that trashy person who comes to disconnect it, to knock the door.

I completed an initial online transfer of service but my water was turned off when I hadnt returned a form. The form was not online; rather it required that it be printed, completed by hand, scanned, and sent to the company; of course since I was just moving in I hadnt had time to set up my printer and scanner, and was delinquent in returning it; I assume other new customers are in the same boat - they really need to create an online form that is more readily completed and submitted. They cut off my service without notice!! However, their staff were lovely, helpful, and effective in restoring my water service after I had driven 30 minutes to nearest Office Depot for printing and scanning service and submitted the form. Water service, Please update your form to allow online completion
