Excellent experience. Attentive and prompt with all responses. We needed propane for the grill and had it delivered in 20min. Would definately rent a home from them again.

My family and I absolutely loved this house! Its beautifully decorated and the beds are so comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals. The private pool was amazing! We will definitely be renting this home from now on. Rental company was wonderful to work with.

I work as a full-time realtor on 30A, and the Dune Private Homes team recently did an incredible job for a client of mine. After a night of especially bad weather, I stopped by a listing in Grayton Beach to find that the damage, though not catastrophic, needed immediate attention. We had an important showing scheduled in two days, and I called Perry Birger and his team to the rescue. Starting with my first phone call around noon, I spoke to and met so many helpers! Jenni Stapes and Heather Kelly, property managers, and Project Manager Jason Weenink all came by the home and helped me walk through a quick checklist: clean the pool and back yard, replace the large torn screens on the front porch, take down the outdoor TV that was threatening to blow away (and re-hang it the next day), and lots of other small maintenance items. They even showed me how to re-charge the electric window shades; who knew? Their team got to work the next morning and stayed until 9:00 that night, and the home was pristine in plenty of time for the showing. My client was so impressed that he has retained them on a monthly basis. Highly recommend Dune!

Dune Vacation Rentals is so easy to work with. From the moment of booking, they are in contact, attentive and quick to answer any questions. The condo was immaculate and as represented in the description and photos. We will definitely be back!
