I am going to use every adjective in the English language to express our gratitude and enjoyment working with Jennifer. My husband and I live in Pittsburgh and our life long dream was to own just one piece of property in Sandestin. We 'thought' we knew everything about the resort as we have been vacationing there for over 20 years, BUT when we met Jennifer, we were sorely mistaken. She knows absolutely EVERY detail, neighborhood, social event, who brings the paper on which day and when the Marina serves Grouper Bites! We came in with ideas of what we wanted and thought we knew what we were capable of buying, but Jennifer sat us down directly and was completely honest to the core on every single aspect of this purchase. She didn't want us over our heads and explained options we hadn't thought of and quite frankly became our friend more than our Realtor. After the closing she didn't stop! She helped with EVERYTHING, door locks, cleaning advice, decorating and so on. This woman is short of a superhero. She even asks her precious husband to kick in when needed! In short, Jennifer is not just a Realtor, she is a friend. Jennifer is a consummate caring professional! She helped us find a very special place. My needs and demands were many. She's stuck with me in the process for almost 2 years. Sent detailed video walk-throughs of many places. She was great and gracious the whole time! She did a great job navigating final negotiations and landing us the home of our dreams. After trying to sell our place for six months, we decided to take a break and interview new realtors. Jennifer stood out from the normal presentations with her knowledge of the Sandestin market as well as her many contacts and references. We ended up listing with Jennifer, listed at a higher price than I was thinking, and had a full price, cash offer in a couple weeks. Jennifer was also very patient with our many questions throughout the process. Very highly recommend!!!
