Brad Reese was fantastic to work with on our recent home purchase in Watercolor! He had a very good knowledge and sense of the market that allowed us to close at a price point we were very happy with. His support and service beyond the purchase has been great as well. As we live in another state he was able to advise on partners that would help us run and maintain the property as a rental if we chose to go that route.
