Called 3 times and spoke with someone twice who said I would be called back to set up a time for a quote. In fact the last call she said estimator stepped out and would call as soon as he got back. That was 2 weeks ago but never got a call. Ill give my business to someone else.

A&G responded within 4 days to a burst pipe feeding my tankless water heater due to a deep freeze. That was a reasonable response time given all the other burst pipes in the area at the time! I couldn't even get a call back from most other plumbing services. They were able to fix the problem while I was away, and the plumber even phoned me while onsite to confirm the repair.
