We arrived to a full unloaded dishwasher and moldy coffee grounds left in coffee maker. I emailed with no reply. There was also sand still on the floor from Previous guests and mold in shower. The beds were very uncomfortable, no water pressure in shower, and a nice view of a construction site out the window. The beach access is a lie. You get a 5 foot sliver of public beach if you get there early enough but if not, you just have to figure it out. The beach security guard will surely tell you to move. The back porches are right next to the ones near you with zero privacy. Dont stay here. Walkability: Short walk to shops and beach

Awful place to stay. If you stay on the bottom floor, you will hear everything above you. The frogs will also be making noise all night. Good luck and I highly recommend that you find another place to stay.
