Very very very disappointed with Dr. Fred Ruder. In my opinion He is a good man. But unfortunately, the office staff and management of the office are brutal. You must check every detail of charges prior to agreeing for work to be done. And you must be very careful about the material and quality because everything that he did, would fall out, sometimes within a month. And, they refused to give me a credit, or even a refund for the work that was not successful. I literally wasted thousands upon thousands of dollars with his office and sent him money patients only to be disappointed and fired from his office as a patient, if you could believe that, because of all of his work continue to fail, and they refused to refund my money. also, in addition to not refunding my money and firing me as a patient, they had credits on the account from other work that was unsuccessful. I was very sick at the time undergoing very serious treatments, and they blamed by treatments and medications. For the poor dentistry work that was done. And coincidentally, not, at the same time all this was going on they were building a new office. So anybody thinking about having work done here, dont plan on it lasting very long. And you will not be reimbursed.

I had a more-difficult crown replacement. Dr. Ross really handled the deadening shot well. He was very considerate of any pain and did a wonderful job. Highly recommended.

This is a great family owned and operated practice. Dr. Ruder has been around the area practicing forever. He has a great reputation. All the old locals know him. I've worked in this particular practice before and Dr. Ruder is so good at what he does, but he also makes his patients feel at home. Doc, his wife Melanie, and sons all take what they do very seriously. They're very likeable people who do great dental work.
