Yes, I was reminded cheaper is not better. Twice rescheduled after I took off work. When he did come out he overcharged my unit so it started to frost over then flood my floor. I reached out to him via phone, text and email. Still no response. I got my carpet cleaned, dried my floors, used another more expensive service but now my air works as it should. Costly lesson.....never again

I have used Clark's many times over the years and I find the level of service and pricing to be excellent ... and for those who complain about them being closed on weekends, well, everyone needs a rest, right?

I called on a Saturday when I discover my unit wasn't cooling. I got a call back on Sunday evening offering to come out on Monday afternoon. I had already gotten the unit repair by the time I received a call back. If your unit need repair on the weekend don't waste your time...they are only available Monday - Friday. I have spoken to several people who have had similar experiences...
