Starting in April 2022, we worked with Jackson Simison to buy our dream Sanibel vacation property. It was a rather challenging process with our pre-Hurricane Ian offer ultimately withdrawn, and a new offer tabled and accepted 5 months later. Throughout it all, Jackson was positive and patient. He was always responsive on communications, which we highly valued given we live far from Sanibel. He listened well, offered useful suggestions, and provided valuable contractor referrals. While Jackson is a relatively new agent, we had no concerns, as we knew he was backed by a strong team under the leadership of Mike McMurray.
