I had a crisis during a long vacation weekend MLK Weekend where I was without water due to my well pump not working after being turned off for about 15 minutes. Mike and his son came out they are very easy going folks, easy to talk to, and very friendly and they were able to come out within the next day to check on my well pump. Unfortunately they tried priming my pump and even replacing my well pump and priming but it would not maintain prime so they attempted to repair the casing but it would not come out of the ground for them to repair it. In the end they did not charge me for several hours of work across two days ( Mike was actually in my area - I'm in Bithlo East Orlando area and hand delivered a refund check to me because something was wrong with the digital refund) because they felt bad I was without water for the long weekend plus 2 extra days and they also give me a good recommendation for someone who drills wells in my area. new wells are not cheap so I really appreciate this company. Would recommend for anyone needing assistance asap like I did for house water wells.

Received excellent service from this family run business. Drilled an irrigation well on my property. We're on time, reasonably priced, and communicative of the job and necessities it entailed. Worked quickly and effectively to install a irrigation well and pump on my property.

If I could give no Stars I would. I called this company out of a recommendation from another company because they didn't come to my area. He answered the phone and told me he would come that evening or the following morning to please text my address and never showed up that evening or the following morning. I called him again and he wouldn't answer the phone. Didn't even have the decency to call me back or at least let me know he could not come over he was busy. Bad business to even begin like that. I wouldn't use him now even if he was the last company around here.
