        Normally, I would give Advent health a 5 star but this one I was very disappointed. My first time visiting this location. The doctor saw me for two minutes, he realize my situation was reoccurring. He never came back. He gave me the day off work, told me to ice and heat the knee, order ibuprofen and refer me to orthopedic. Things I already was doing. I thought I wouldve gotten a shot or steroids for the pain, a knee brace etc. Waste of my $200 with ins. Smh

        The nurse practitioner was very kind and attentive. The check in staff were as well, however the nursing assistant was rude and scatter-brained. We had to wait in the exam room far too long.
