Luxe Flush

Ive been having to stay in my fifth wheel rv parked in my driveway for the past year due to the battle with my insurance company over a burst water line claim. So having to get the rv black tanks pumped has been one of the worst ongoing issues. Well todays rv pump out was probably my 5-7 one with Luxe Flush, but the first time with their employee Vernon. He was amazing, both with the cleanliness and details to his job, and his personality on top of that. Kinda strange in the service industry it seems, but he actually cared about his job!! Ten stars to this man for caring about what he does ans making sure things were done correctly!!

This company was at Bonnaroo 2023 near Pod 9 campground. I'm not sure how they thought two 8-shower trailers and ONE bathroom trailer was appropriate for the size of the campground areas they were near, and I'm not sure if they made that decision or if Bonnaroo was just being cheap, but probably the worst wait lines I've ever experienced. The 2 star review is SPECIFICALLY for their overpriced "service" for VIP showers that they didn't seem to clean. Hair covered walls, a variety of other things on the wall and floor. Both times I was even ABLE to get to a shower in under a 1 hour 45 minute wait.

Delivered ahead of time and super clean! Will use Luxe Flush again for our outdoor needs.

Perfect service, smooth delivery and pickup. Units were fresh and clean, doors locked properly, and no funny odors. Very happy.
