We were thrilled with the service we received from Tim today! We originally had a competitor (Roto-Rooter) come give us a quote. They said snaking our pipe may or may not fix our problem, but theyd charge us $450 to try it. We are so thankful we had Mr. Rooter come instead, because it turns out that $450 wouldve gone straight down the drain, while our sewage remained. Tim thoroughly investigated our problem and got to the root of the issuea tree root had ruined our septic pump motor. He was prompt and professional in replacing it for us. He showed me how it all worked to ensure we didnt run into future problems. Thank you, Tim!!

So, water heater is not always hot. I had already replaced the heating elements. I wanted a plumber to diagnose what the problem was and go from there. They sent out a plumber who is deaf. Which made it very difficult for my wife to communicate to. She told him that I had replaced the elements but that we were having intermittent water temps(Luke warm some mornings, and hot others). He told her that the option was to replace the water heater that is 4 years old. I told her no, If he is not even going to try and just tell me we need a new water heater than he is to leave without any payment since he wasn't even willing to attempt to diagnose the issue. They sent me a quote for a water heater SMALLER than what i have for 1,400.00. Are you all crazy? Just lost a customer
