I havent gotten glasses here so I cant speak as far as that goes, but Ive had a lovely experience with the doctor and the team in the back of the building with appointments and getting contacts. The team is professional, welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly and the building is a clean environment. Im thankful to have found this gem.

Wow what an amazing experience ! I have been using visionworks for years and this was the most detailed visit and exam Ive experienced. Dr. Trying is so smart, informative, and professional. I personally look forward to coming back to them and also, they have warranty options now!! Love it. I can replace my glasses without cost later. Overall, come see them!

I came in with high expectations, the young man greeted me and worked for at least an hour to address the insurance issue, which the other employees did give input and you did take our insurance. After going through 3 screens lol, it was ok. My appointment was made and off i went happy. I received a call from this office that my appointment was canceled because your Dr. didn't take the insurance, and that i would have to call another location. I said no way. You all should find out which doctor will take the insurance. I'm just done.I Never received a call period. I am very disappointed . Now I'm forced to go somewhere else.

I needed new frames for my glasses. The frames I needed were a few years old, so they werent carried there anymore. The lenses I have are very expensive and the prescription is still the same as today. They took the time to explain that wasnt a worry and ordered the frames I needed. Visionworks even gave me a 25% discount. Thank you Visionworks
