        I had worked with Jennifer for years and she was great but apparently she's no longer there. I have an urgent issue with our homeowner's insurance and I called the office several times last week but cannot reach a person, I've left several voicemails yet no one has called back. After leaving my last vm I received a text saying they were on a call and would call me back after that call but again, heard nothing. This is the absolute worst service I've ever had, clearly they don't care about their customers, especially when it's an urgent issue.
