I had a garbage disposal that was not working right, and only 18 months old (just past 12 mo warranty). I spoke with Jason, the owner of Exact Plumbing and he suggested I approach the maufacturer for a free replacement, and then he would install the replacement for free. I got the free replacement, and Jason lived up to his word, and sent a tech quickly to install it at no charge. I was impressed with this customer service and the quality ot the tech and install! I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a trustworthy and resonably priced plumber. Service: Garbage disposal repair

Exact came out told me it was going to be between $200 -$300 ended up charging me almost $500 drain clogged again in different location day after say they would come out and have to charge me again not to finish the work they already did because this is a different problem never came never called would not recommend to anyone

Called them. After hours they were there within the hour Had me fixed up in no time Jason was very helpful even from the moment i called He correctly troubleshot from the phone for what i needed to do before they arrived There was a minor discrepancy on the bill Which he promptly corrected. Being Completely honest i thought for sure there would be nothing that could be done about that. But he took care of it True integrity Service: Plumbing leak detection

I had a leak in the outdoor spigot pipe, a thin small PVC piece pipe - less 4 inches long PVC ws replaced and it took 15 minutes and it cost $325!!!! I had asked for a quote before the work was done and they said that the plumber on site would have to quote it. The plumber on site said he he could fix it in a few minutes and had to call the office to give me the final price. I let him fix it and then he came back with $325!!! When I called the office they said that they have "higher labor, insurance and parts costs". The part cost about $4. I also doubt they paid the worker more than $30 per hour --- and he literally took less than 15 minutes. This egregious price gouging and taking advantage of local residents is despicable. Do NOT use Exact Plumbing!!!!! Service: Plumbing leak detection
