Loved our stay at this hotel. The rooms are new and very clean. The breakfast was one of the best weve had at any hotel in the US. Its less than a 5 minute drive to the Sanford airport and they provide shuttle service too.

I booked this property after doing a search on the Best Western website for hotels near Orlando International Airport MCO that offered an airport shuttle. This was the first one that showed up in my search so I booked it. I even called to verify about the shuttle service but when I called for the hotel after my arrival at MCO (The main one) I was told that they did not service this airport, it was a DIFFERENT ORLANDO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT in Sanford. Since it was late in the day and I had already paid for the room, I ended up taking a taxi which cost me over $100. Upon checking in at the front desk I was told this happens on a regular basis. The next morning, I had to take another private shuttle (more $$$$) to catch my return flight. When I called Best Western to complain about their website results, they were very unhelpful and offered me 3,000 points (which is nothing). I didn't have any complaints about the property, don't know why there are so many bad reviews. The rooms are dated but mine was clean and the bed was comfortable. The fact that the customer service rep would not even acknowledge their search engine was misleading make me seriously consider staying with them again.
