        Today I was replacing a kitchen faucet. Needed a tool to remove the nut. Could not find anyone to help me. So I went at alone. I purchased a Basin Wrench. But that could not get up in there. So I returned it. Three people standing at the return counter. Not one said hello or asked if I needed help. So I waited. When they got around to me a simple return became a major project. One didnt know what to. Another accused me or returning a used tool. And third said rerun it. But it didnt stop there. The two females were rude and un professional all because I wanted to return a tool that was not right for the job at hand. I get much better service from Walmart. Maybe next time Ill drive out of my way to Home Depot

        If you show up around 9am don't expect to find any employees to help you. They are all in the daily meeting. Second time in a row. Add onto it only one cashier open when checking out.

        was offered assistance within 1 minute of being there which was a relief as I had no idea what aisle to head towards. Don was extremely helpful and took time to explain things to me, and personally escorted me to three different aisles. Great customer service, Don!
