Our design is unconventional but they have been extremely creative and flexible in finding ways to make our dream home a reality. I've been so impressed with how they've listened to our ideas and incorporated them into the design. Every step of the way, they've been there, ensuring things run smoothly. I genuinely appreciate their commitment to quality and the personal touch they bring to the project. I am writing to file a formal complaint against Turning Leaf Construction regarding the construction of our house at Hampton Ave in Orlando. The primary concern we wish to bring to their attention is the immediate occurrence of a leak(primary bathroom) in our newly constructed house. Shortly after the completion of the construction, we noticed water seeping through the ceiling, causing damage to the interior. We promptly contacted Turning Leaf to report the issue, and they assured us that they would rectify the problem. However, despite their promises, Turning Leaf has failed to fulfill their commitment to fix the leak. Not only did they neglect to repair the issue, but they also left a hole in our ceiling, exacerbating the damage to our property. Despite repeated attempts to contact them and request a resolution, they have remained unresponsive and failed to address our concerns even after promising they would. This lack of professionalism and disregard for their responsibilities has caused significant inconvenience, frustration, and financial burden on our part. Regrettably, their actions have fallen far short of our expectations, leaving us with an unresolved problem and an unsightly hole in our ceiling. I can not praise this team of builders enough. From our very first meeting to the planning with the architect and building selections, it was such a smooth process. We were not on-site for a majority of the project, and the project manager went above and beyond his job, making sure everything went smoothly and we got the perfect home. Once the plans were approved and permitted, our house was built in 10 months. It is better than what we could have dreamed. Our new home is so cozy even at 4200 sq.feet with no wasted space. We feel like we are on vacation every day. I highly recommend Turning Leaf if you are looking for the perfect contractor.
