I would highly recommend AC Guru! Tito and the team were great! Tito made recommendations to help us make a big decision on the installation of a new unit. Kramer and install crew did a wonderful job. They worked efficiently so the job moved quickly. I really appreciated how neat and clean they left everything. Meghan & Tito communicated throughout the process and even after, so we knew we were in good hands. Everyone was very knowledgable and professional. We couldn't be happier with the service we received!

AC Guru did an incredible job installing a new AC unit, new duct work and new insulation. I would highly recommend. They are also very clean. I just had the city of Winter Park inspect and he was very impressed with their work.

So happy and excited for my new AC! Tito came out for a quote and discussed everything that I would need and would happen during the replacement. Meghan was easy to work with and we got the paperwork done quickly. She or Joe were available for questions and updates anytime. On the day of replacement, Jessie and Tristan came out and worked diligently. (Great playlist by the way!) Papi also came to work on the outside unit. And Tito stopped by as well to make sure everything was going smoothly. (With sandwiches!) I was really happy with the efficiency of service and dedication to doing a good job. Everyone was very kind, friendly, and hard working. I was nervous about replacing the AC because it is not something that I have had done before and I didnt know really what to do or what it would be like. But I am so happy with the price that I paid and the service that I received. I would recommend AC Guru every time! Thank you so much to everyone on the team. Our AC unit broke down Monday august 7. We called the company that was servicing this unit call ARS AC. They guy came in did a diagnosis and came to the conclusion that the entire unit needed to be replaced including ducts and isolation. I was puzzled because the AC unit is only 7 years old and of course still under warranty parts and labor. The guy call the office scheduled a sales man to come the next day to give us pricing. The sales man told us it was going to cost around $30,000 to do everything and my response was HELL NO! (BTW the temp in the house went up to 94 degrees at one point!!! And we had to book a hotel in the meantime.) Then my wife remembered that our awesome friend TITO works for AC GURU. He came in did diagnosis and when he looked at the unit he said dude this is the Mac daddy of ACs this is Rheem. He did his diagnosis and found a numerous of flaws that ARS made while servicing this unit. All the wiring was wrong, the fan motor and compressor was connected together causing the compressor to burnt out, loose cables, circuit board wiring was all wrong ETC. I must say Tito done an awesome job and although he didnt service this type unit he was able to figure everything out and took it upon himself to get the job done and got our AC backup and running!!!! We are super grateful and can thank him and AC GURU enough for the fabulous work!!!! we give them 10 if anyone is being service by ARS run for your life they will give you a run for your money. Switch to AC GURU NOW!!!!
