I got my SUV that I put on Turo repaired here. I worked with Shontelle who communicated very well about the status of my car and other small stuff. It took a month for my car to be repaired. The only thing I didnt like was that I could only bring my car in on Monday to start the process. This is very inconvenient because I called on Tuesday. So I had to wait an entire whole week before starting the repairs to my car. I recommend this place for personal cars but if you are a Turo host like myself - not a good option. Overall I had a good experience.

All I can say is incredible experience with Martin's collision center. Every person I encounter was kind and professional. Young was the man I dealt with from the estimate thru the repairs. He kept me informed and whom ever did the actual repair did a spectacular job. As well for the painter's. My vehicle shows no hint of damage. Like brand new. I give my utmost sincere recommendations to anyone looking for car repair to go to Martin's. Thank you for such an awesome experience

Great company to work with! Had a lot of issues with the insurance company but absolutely none with Martin's Collision. The whole staff was great but Shontelle Hardy, amazing. She made this process less painful!
