Arbor Lakes Apartments

Just a terrible place overall. Management was bad. HOA rules were not enforced. Had silverfish in our unit often, which management would not address. Do not move here.

Trying to lease an apartment and no one answers the phone. this is day 3 of me calling constantly with no answer.

We have been here since 2018 and love it! We started our application process when we were still in south Florida and Tee was so helpful! She guided me through all of the steps and made what could have been a stressful move so easy! Tee is anything but unprofessional! She cares about her tenants! She watches out for the children in the neighborhood and if there is ever a situation that needs to be addressed, she is on it! Even when weve found ourself in a jam, she is compassionate and empathetic and I count myself extremely lucky to have someone with these qualities looking out for my family! Id encourage those looking for a place to come visit Arbor Lakes. Its a beautiful property and a great place to live.

I almost tempted to apply for it but restrained myself after going through the reviews. Ms. Tee sounds like a Con and I would not rent there. Looks like she hired bunch of people to praise her here and that's where it gets messy. This place don't seem right and people won't be treated fairly so I am not going to apply. It may sound preemptive decision but it's better late than never. I don't want to be harassed by any property manager that's acting like a con artist. Stay blessed all.
