    Me and my girlfriend scheduled a tour, the place looked wonderful from what we seen in the leasing office. However after waiting for 15-20 minutes in the leasing center we were told we would have to wait another 30 minutes for a tour.. being two full time working people in health care the spare time we do have is important and not in abundance. Keeping the customer service in mind for future rentals.

    I luv living in this community. I luv that everything I need, from restaurants, shopping and more is near by within walking distance or a quick car drive. Everyone at Crosby's are very helpful, especially Jan who works in the office. He's very patient and answers any and all of my questions. Also, Service Manager, Eddie Siera is a great person to go to with any maintenance problems. He is very helpful. I want to thank both Jan and Eddie for a job well done. Thank you Jan and Eddie

    The apartments are good, however the staff changed recently and they dont care about helping out their customers. As part of the renewal, wanted to have the carpets cleaned a few weeks later than the usual dates but they denied it saying its the policy. The lady was very rude while talking and wasnt even trying to find a middle ground. Update: After the review was posted the office did contact and got this rectified.

    I lived in the complex for approximately two years, I had to break the contract earlier than agreed, and when I moved out I had to wait a month for them to tell me how much I had to pay, the statement was wrong twice, they wanted to overcharge me, and yet Jan and the assistant manager kept insisting that it was fine and that that was the amount I had to pay, in addition to the fact that they treated me extremely badly, for telling them that they were not right, they are very kind at the beginning and when Nobody tells them anything, but the truth is they are very disappointing when it comes to moving. My advice, before moving, have all the receipts and accounts of what you have to pay, because this is not the first review you are going to see, that they want to charge more when it comes to paying.
