Things starts at home right. So if management doesnt care or really do some kind of effort after presenting a situation to then what can you expect to get as a client of theirs. Let me explain. We went to complaint once about how their tenant have been throwing trash and the worse yet, bloody pad to our yard (we lived residential next to it) and when we thought this taking care of , well, did NOT. This morning our dog was barking came to find out it was because he saw something that doesnt belong in our patio, a car seat and an empty cup. Is they allowed this kind of tenants I cannot imagine how is living in there . Luckily, nobody have get hurt but it doesnt mean it cannot happen. We get visitors, imaging someone doing just in the right moment and someone gets hurt. Because it has happened at any hour. One afternoon, a couple was parked in the other side of the fence, they were eating pizza, once they were done they threw the box to our yard. My wife was outside and saw this so she took the box and threw it right back and climbed the ladder (it was luckily placed to the wall at that time) and said something. The couple apologized. The funny thing is, there is a dumpster close by but the people decide to be so nasty and careless and to dumped everything on the other of the wall who happens to live residential people. Management, careless of the situation.

I've been living at windchase apartments for over 16yrs. I've really never had any issues with management and when I did it got resolved. The workers in the office became part of my family. I've known them for so long. I've seen them come and go but I still got along with them especially rashad and Jennifer who knows me very well. I feel comfortable and safe at windchase. I'm so happy that Jennifer is the manager know even though I will miss Rashad she was very nice and professional with a good heart but Jennifer was here when I first moved into these complexes and she is very reliable and compassionate and professional and she gets the job done with a smile. I've read some of the things people say about windchase and a lot of what I read I never experienced any of those issues. I'm happy I choose windchase apartments to reside as my home. Please don't get rid of Jennifer she belongs right where she's at. I wrote this review a couple of years ago in the past but now in the present things have really really change. My Mommy always said, if you don't have anything good to say, than don't say anything at all. I'll leave it like that.

Move out date 12/31/2022 Cero vivo en windchase casi 6 aos me comuniqu con ellos porque necesito una unidad de una habitacin y no hacen caso a mi pedido. yo pienso que a los residentes hay que darle prioridad y ellos no les importa. si ustedes tienen seccin 8 y creen que en un tiempo su voucher ser de menos habitacin no cuenten con mudarse aqu porque quedarn sin vivienda como me estoy quedando yo. Tienen unidades disponibles y dicen que no tienen para ellos no moverte a otra unidad. mantenimiento es psimo, tengo ordenes incompletas por mas de 1 y 2 aos , arreglan una cosa y dejan sin hacer otras, yo espero recibir mi depsito, porque por error de ellos y mala funcin, no permitir que me carguen a mi .
