When i moved here 3 years ago I was very surprised that the inside was not very clean. The walls to this day need to be painted badly. Since I have been here, they have replaced air-conditioning inside and out. dishwasher refrigerator ..tub in second bathroom has-been replayed 2 times. If i was a lot younger I would move but I am not. Thank you Joanne

They will send you to collections when you move out and not provide an exit invoice or notice that you are being sent to collections. Currently fighting the collections company and the apartments parent company Priderock bit they are not responding to emails and I am having a hard time talking to the management on site. Apartments are poor quality and you can hear your upstairs neighbors thoughts and dreams with how thin the walls are.

Editing to add that the Asst Manager was able to provide information regarding move out charges after I called to check in. Thank you! Moved into Sanford Landing in 2017 and moved out in 2024. When we moved in, everything was awesome. However, at some point during our time there, the apartment complex was sold to a new company, Priderock. At that point, everything went downhill. Staff had quick turnover, maintenance requests were ignored, and trying to get in touch with the leasing office is next to impossible because they do not return voicemails or emails. Our apartment suffered some severe water damage the summer of 2022 from a hole in the roof. Initial request was ignored when we spotted a small amount of water in the apartment. It was not until the hurricane in Sept. and the damage was severely worse that they fixed the roof but NEVER fixed the interior damage. After seeing a review here stating a previous tenant was wrongly sent to collections after not being notified of move out charges (there also numerous complaints of this happening if you look at Priderock on the Better Business Bureaus website), I have emailed three times now asking for formal notice if they are keeping our security deposit/asking for additional move out charges and have yet to hear back even though legally they are required to notify me within 30 days of move out (which is the 29th of March). I am hoping this review will get someones attention to email me back with written notice of us receiving our deposit back and being clear of any charges so I can be done with this place for good.

DONT LIVE HERE IF YOU WANT THINGS DONE We have multiple GAPING holes in our roof that we can visually see from the parking lot and management has admitted to and because of this raccoons have been going in and out of them and have been living in our roof. We can hear them scurrying and pounding all hours of the day and night and now have URINE stains on the ceiling. The office has said multiple times theyre sending out a roofer but to no avail. My fiance went to ask about the roofer for the 6th time and was told theyre on property for another issue, but you can go find them and talk to them ITS NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO TALK TO YOUR VENDOR!!! This has been an issue since at least November of 2023 and management/the office are non responsive. This is a major health and safety issue and as someone with multiple years in property management this is completely unacceptable.
