Ben and his associate Sam worked tirelessly to get my new Trane up and running, as I was without AC for two weeks before I called him. They were very professional and cleaned up perfectly. They also called me a few days later to make sure I had no questions or problems. I'm not use to writing reviews, but felt this company is one of the best out there, after much research. 32 Degrees is the best! From beginning until job completion, my experience with them was amazing. Marisol responded to the message I left for them regarding an AC issue in a timely manner. They fit me into their schedule the very same day. I received a text message when they were on their way, and Ben showed up smiling and eager to help. When it turned out to be a slightly bigger issue, 32 Degrees helped me navigate a warranty claim with the manufacturer.
