        A trip to Kilwins is a hit with our family every time we visit! The fudge and caramels are to die for! And, the service is exceptional. Audrey always remembers us and goes out of her way to make our visit fun with samples and suggestions.

        Very disappointed in this location. We were out trying to enjoy our last evening of our three day vacation, plus it was Fathers Day. On our way back to our condo after dinner, we promised our 3 year old some ice cream. We were driving past Kilwins and saw several teenagers and young adults going inside. Granted it was 9:30 pm and they closed at 9 but we didnt know this at the time. Since we saw a lobby full of people and people still going inside we pulled over and my husband rushed our daughter up to the door. Right as he reached to open the door someone inside ran to the door and locked it literally in their faces, leaving my baby girl standing there crying as everyone inside watched. They were still serving people ice cream! Like seriously you couldnt let one more little girl in? Your employees are heartless and I would not recommend.

        This place is heaven! It is huge and they have so many different kinds of chocolates, ice cream, fudge, etc. A lady that works there named Ranita was so kind and let me try many samples of fudge until I narrowed it down to the 3 flavors I wanted. I will definitely be coming back here!

        We love Kilwins yesterday we went back for the 5th time while on vacation and Audrey was so sweet she even remembered my sons name! She gave us samples of fudge and we bought 2 different flavors and some waffle cones!!! This location is very clean and the staff is super friendly! The fudge and ice cream is yummy the waffle cones are made fresh and not stale

        Kilwins is always a great experience. Staff are helpful and eager to give samples. Me and the boss stopped in for a milk shake and she had scoop capitcino chocolate chip in a waffle cone cup. Audrey was amazing and helpful. She was very knowledgeable of store products and informed us about specials that they had going on. Hope to be back soon.
