The lady that works there is just plain mean and on a power trip. She refused to accept my package sent to me from another Post office because of for no other reason but to be just miserable. It was Christmas and although she had the power and the policies to accept it she chose to be a Scrooge and didn't. Not only was I not able to open my sister's gift on Christmas, but I had to repay to reship it. I'm just glad I'm not her. Oh well, Happy holidays everyone.

The Grinch who stole Christmas. Scrooge! Thanks to the lady working there, Christmas presents won't be under the tree this year. Presents were sent through FedEx to her small town post office and she refused to accept them. There was nothing stopping her to accept them if she was nice, but instead she drudged up every reason not to. They should get rid of her. What a miserable person. Her mission must be to make everyone's life as difficult as possible. What happen to customer service and how can I help you instead of finding ways to not help. She had the option to help within her authority, but chose not to!! Merry Christmas Grinch!!!
