Unfortunately this place gets a 1 star. & the 1 star is directly for the manager on duty on feb 07, 2023 morning shift. For starters I ordered some things online and decided to exchange one of the items in store for a different color. After waiting 10 minutes and so much confusion I was told all they can do is return the item and that I would have to purchase the new color one. When I asked why I was told thats how the system works. Ive been in retail a very long time and I know the only concern they cared for were their store numbers. When I explain some things to them all of a sudden they wanted to do the even exchange after telling Me they couldnt because of the system. Moral of the story you shouldnt lie to your customers who shop at your business all the time. Very disappointed at the manger skills provided here today and decided just to shop online and do my business elsewhere.
