I love this place! I go here for all my plant and landscaping needs. Jenny is very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Everyone here is super nice and I love their plant and tree selection.

Fraudulent practices, do not shop here. She said she doesn't like military, if I knew that I would not buy from her. As a business owner she could have handled the situation better. We pay for a service and we expect to get the service. Owner said she refunded and 3 weeks later did not. Save your self issues and do not buy. Credit card company is investing as she appears to have deceptive fraudulent practices. Very deceptive practices. We got recommended to this place by our neighbors. We got there and the lady was nice and helped us with what we wanted. We selected our 3 Christmas Palm trees and paid for delivery and installation. She said she couldn't come for 5 days. That was rather long but we agreed. On the day it was to be delivered they came and right after said something came up and they had to leave. Things happen and we understand, but communication is key. They brought the palms only to leave. The palms they brought were not the palms we selected and not even the Christmas palms we chose , they brought smaller palms that were much smaller. Called the lady and asked why did they leave , she said they forgot something. He told us something came up , the difference in stories. I asked her she had two choices , to install the correct palms or give me back a refund. She started to escalate her voice and accused me of being military. She hung up on me 3 times , remember all I wanted was either install what we paid for or refund our money. After calling back she put a guy on the phone that was civil, but after all the deceptive issues before , we asked for our refund. We had planned to do all our flower and tree needs with her but her inability to communicate effectively and fairly makes this not a good business to support. I would not want anyone to get scammed and have an experience like this so take the review as my experience and maybe you may have a good experience. If one should spend money on a product , one expects a minimum level of honesty trust and communication.

All Dade Tropical did a great job with our Clusia Hedge and decoration with rocks. Very professional and helpful. I do recommend them for all your gardening projects.

I was so excited to discover this business after just moving to the area from Dallas and planning to have our front and back landscaped with lots of flowers and palms like we had at our prior property. Last Thursday my husband and I arrived at the location and picked out 3 large Christmas palms to plant within the front of our home as a staple to compliment the frame of the house. The lady that was on site reassured me that paying upfront would guarantee the palms would be delivered and installed. I was a bit reluctant to prepay before receiving a service especially when she told me she could not give me any sort of timeframe only that it would be the following Tuesday. She said for us to place something in the area on the exact spot we wanted them installed in case we are not home. We went ahead and paid $830.00 in hopes that the service would be as great as our neighbors have experienced. Unfortunately this morning 3 men arrived with 3 palms on the bed of their truck and I was able to show where to install and not even 1 minute later one of the men called to me and said something came up and they had to leave right away and will come back tomorrow. I felt this was very odd, as the truck was slowly getting ready to leave I noticed the palms in the bed of the truck were small and not even the Christmas palms my husband and I picked out; as we reviewed from the videos we took. So it is back to the drawing board to find a trustworthy business for all of our landscaping projects.
