Brenna is an absolute joy to work with. She is so on top of everything and quick to find out answers backed with proof, which is so reassuring after experiencing some flat out lies from other builders. We wouldnt hesitate to work with Brenna again! Beautiful model home at this location. Also LOVE that west bay is offering to build a pool with the home! It was one of the worst things to happen in local builds to stop building a pool because it has unfortunately become the standard now. Thats just unacceptable for a Florida build imo. Totally worth a look. Go see Brenna.

Our home buying process with Westbay has been amazing. The team was very involved from the beginning to end. Josh was great in keeping us up-to-date on all the projects and steps with the construction. Brenna has just been amazing. She needs to be clone and placed in all sector of your business. Shes personable, professional, made her self accessible at all times to answer any questions we had. Overall glad we made the switch and went with Westbay.

My brother bought home in Westbay at Miranda, home purchase and moving in 10/31 .he had been living through hell through Christmas and New Year due to an active leak in plumbing upstair after inspections the leak was there since the house first build. The leak cause major mold in downstairs and Westbay reluctantly to address the issue and cover the entire cost to remove and replace the drywall. He wrote a review post on google and it magically disappears. I dont know how they do it but I will get to the bottom of this issue and speak to media in order to prevent other people suffering from my brother situation. Please dont believe all of the 5 stars because they have a way to hide all of 1,2 or 3 stars. if it ia too perfect then maybe something is not right. see the photo attached
