Angelo's, your employees damaged my parents fence in January.  Here is the time line of events that has occurred.
At the time the fence was damaged the employee told my dad they would replace the fence portion that was damaged....2 months went by with no word....
My dad called them  in march due to no activity replacing the fence and no contact made by them....the owner at that time in March said they would take care of the fence....then no activity for 2 more weeks and my dad called again, he was told again it would be replaced....he waited 2 more weeks ....no activity or contact, and my dad called the police to see what he could do....they recommended an attorney.....my dad waited 2 more weeks, called again and an employee came out in measured the area for the fence...
At the end of May my dad called again and the owner said he came out, unannounced to replace the fence and my parents weren't home.....he did again state they would replace the fence.......its been another 10 days since that call and again no action....
We are in june and nothing has been done.
