If I could give more stars I would. I've dealt with many real estate agents over the years. None of them went above and beyond like Kyle from the Sandy Hartmann group. Not only was he on top of everything, but when I needed a new dishwasher to sell my house he scouted a used one at a decent price, went and picked it up and installed it himself. Have you ever heard off such a thing?

Laurie and Sandy were just great from start to finish. They provided invaluable advice on staging, pricing and timing of when to put our condo on the market. We sold for cash in ONE DAY after listing the unit. Then the team helped us navigate the logistics of packing, closing and moving. What a relief it was to have these two professionals readily available whenever there was a question or concern, and they frequently called just to check in on us and our progress. I can not recommend Mike Hall with Sandy Hartman Group enough. He is so much more than just a realtor he is the EXACT person you want to work with when looking for a new home. He is not pushy, he is flexible. He is not in it just for the sale, he actually wants to help you find the home that makes sense and fits the individuals needs. He looks at the whole picture which is something that most people do not do. He actually takes the time to consider your best interest NOT HIS. The average realtor is there for you in so far as their job goes. Mike is not like that. When you have a question , he answers. If he doesnt know, he finds outwhether its his job or not. If you want to work with someone who will listen, be honest and straightforward with you, pay attention to the details and help you through help you through the confusion and chaos, Mike stands far above the rest. Any realtor can sell property. Mike helps you find a home.
