We had an amazing experience at Berlin Patten Ebling! We are first time homeowners so we had a few questions during the signing however, Gaetano DAnna was very helpful in explaining what some of the documents meant. He was extremely knowledgeable and also has a great sense of humor! The office itself is gorgeous and the staff was awesome, we were even offered an adult beverage for the signing. Of course we couldnt say no to that! Wonderful experience! Yay! We bought a house!!!

My wifes aunt who lived in Florida passed away suddenly without a will. Living out of state, we needed to engage legal help on short notice. Berlin Pattin Eblings probate practice was recommended, and we met virtually with Thomas Kelley and in person before selecting the firm. Thomas did a great job explaining the probate process to us, outlining timelines, and the different steps of the process required under Florida law. He did a great job in keeping us informed, was always available for questions and was sensitive to the emotions of the situation. He was invaluable in connecting me, as the personal representative of the estate, with different service providers that were needed to manage the disposal of assets.
