As a basic tenet, it is extraordinarily difficult to differentiate your skill set, service quality & competitive advantages as a listing / buyer's agent in today's market. Everyone seemingly does the same thing, says the same boiler plate stuff, and "follows the checklist." Anthony is different. He was diligent, patient, expedient in his responses, and above all, he was honest. He doesn't push you into things you are not ready for; however, doesn't shy away from being brutally honest vis-a-vis what it will take to get a deal done. He's a great wingman through the process and I would recommend his skill set / talent / services to anyone.
