Worked with Ryan, Aly and Roger during the height of the pandemic. We saw 20+ properties over the course of a few weeks. The team was knowledgeable, punctual, and as aggressive as we wanted them to be- resulting in landing a perfect home for us. Their understanding of the market and negotiation skills thereafter were key factors that closed the deal. Their network of lenders, inspectors and contractors helped us immensely which was a bonus. posted for Sue Hughes "When my 65 year old son living in Florida passed away unexpectedly, Not only was my grief excruciating, but suddenly I became the owner of his property in Redington Shores. Because it not only was his home, it also embraced rental units. There was no time to adapt. The property needed to be sold. In a modern way, I, turned on my computer searching for real estate agents in the local area. Called the first listing. Left a voicemail. The second one, no answer. Last on the list was the name Kirb Appeal. Clever and fun, I thought. The phone was answered by Aly and Ryan Kirby whose welcoming voices drew me in. It was not long until I thought of them as family members. I am sure I was guided to them. Not only were they very understanding of my grief and my total naivete about how to handle this property, but they also consistently went the extra mile in our dealings. This was an unusual situation. I was not able to travel from Michigan to Florida. Neither was my daughter and my younger son was hospitalized with severe burns. So Aly and Ryan had to care for emptying Robs apartment, shipping many of his belongings to me, and they also met the needs of the tenants who chose to stay until new owners were found. In other words, many unusual tasks fell to them and they met every challenge with grace and success. Truly they earned their commissions. We closed on May 15. The property had been on the market only since mid-February. This was an amazing and rewarding experience done in both an exacting professional way, but also with honesty, kindness, and compassion."
