I found Dawn through another realtor that recommended her from North Florida. I feel like that alone should tell you something. She was so helpful, kind and responsive. She knows the area, so she was especially helpful to me because I had just moved to St. Pete. Buying my house was such a smooth process and I give all credit to Dawn. She went above and beyond for me, as I just started a new job and couldnt take off work. I am so grateful for her! Dawn is awesome.

Jennifer Griffith cold called me the moment my listing posted early in the morning over-and-over despite my ad SPECIFICALLY stating that I did not want a realtor's assistance with selling my home. I've ignored her calls and blocked her number. Then she calls from another phone number. Clueless! Early in the morning, loud annoying voice messages, etc. I would never want to deal with someone that obnoxious.
