I had the opportunity to meet Marc Richman organically through a friend. And when I was moving from out of state I remembered that Marc was in Real Estate in the city and state I was moving to. I reached out to him to get his input on the area. He was very patient & understanding even when I was living out of state. I ended up renting an apartment for 1 year before deciding to purchase a home. And through out the year Marc would check in on me to see how I was doing. He was very understanding on my process & timeline on when it felt right for me to buy a home. When I finally found my perfect home he educated me on the process and translated all the real estate jargon! It was a very natural and overall smooth process. I have bought/sold many homes in my life. Marc and his team are truly the BEST! He exuded patience and expertise from the beginning and never tired of explaining every step of the process in a way that was understandable. Not to mention, Marc offered excellent suggestions for staging my home and was always there for my late night texts and early morning emails and endless questions.
