After dealing with a crazy rental market for several weeks, I was so lucky to have found Sway (Josué) at Russell Property Group. I kept having to deal with other unprofessional, unresponsive, and difficult property managers and rental companies but finally was able to work with Sway to get a home I love. He was (and continues to be) communicative, friendly, thoughtful, professional and timely. I felt confident throughout the process, which is impressive when I was out of state at the time. They also have an up-to-date modern website for payments and documents - I can even pay my rent in an app on my phone. I'm excited to continue working with this company and would recommend them to anyone trying to navigate this busy market.

As a senior citizen renter now, but a homeowner throughout my adult life, I have a perspective of Spencer Russell's abilities from both viewpoints. If I owned rental properties, he would be the guy I would want handling my properties. He knows what is fair, what needs to be done, and handles issues effectively without awkwardness or tension. Those very same qualities make him a pleasure to work with as a renter. I am confident that I'm dealing with a professional of integrity and ability. I recommend him highly and without reservation.

All good things here. The bellcrest heights property at 5050 1st Ave S is stunning. We had family stay with us several times, and they were very impressed. It's a great location, and they really did a good job renovating it. Next, the management group. Toni and Spencer, along with their staff, are quick to reply and they pay attention to the details. I had three minor maintenance tickets while living there for a 12 month term and all were handled within 24-48 hours correctly. I would recommend them to a friend, and I would have definitely extended my lease but we purchased a house.
