Both Molly Riddle and Andre Aragon have been nothing shy of excellent to work with. They are both super knowledgeable, and prompt to answer any/all questions we have. We have been moving through the home-buying process very slowly, and they have never made us feel pressured. They always have their eyes peeled for new properties and are quick to take us to view homes when we ask. We truly feel they have our best interests at heart, and understand this market very well. Heather Knight was truly exceptional. We met her at an open house. We were impressed with her level of knowledge of the condo complex and the surrounding area. It was a no-brainer for us to work with her since we were set on buying in that complex and we are so thankful we did. Heather was ALWAYS available for showings. Her responsiveness was spot on. If she couldnt take my call she would text and tell me when I could expect a call back. She not only found us a great deal- she got us top dollar for our condo we were selling! She went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. We were out of town and she even met the plumber for us so we could have the repairs done for the buyer. Heather will work with you to make your desires a reality. She is so personable and gets along with everyone. Her personality makes it easy for her to deal with other real estate agents. There was an issue with our first buyer and Heather didnt skip a beat! She got us an even better offer! She worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. Her cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence she would get the job done and she did! Heather is not just my real estate agent- she is now a great friend too!
