Marie Drew was amazing! Having seen her name in Gulfport real estate listings for years she was my obvious first choice. She has the kind of wisdom about this particular market area that only comes with years of experience. She does what she says she will and is very responsive to phone or text messages. My husband and I have bought and sold many properties over the years and this was by far the easiest transaction. Buying or selling a home is usually a chaotic time. My case was a little difficult as we moved my elderly father to CA from Florida and needed help getting his condo ready to sell. Marie did an excellent job helping us get his place looking good and making sure everything was working properly before we listed. She has great relationships with various professional people and I utilized their services ranging from getting the A/C serviced to the outstanding escrow company she recommended, the experience was great! Additionally, she knows what sells, she placed the existing furniture very strategically to help the buyers picture themselves in the unit and the photos were fantastic! Not only were the pictures of the condo beautiful but aerial shots of the building and surrounding area really pulled in a large audience and we sold within a day for above asking price!! I couldn't be more pleased with the results and would highly recommend using her services. She is professional, highly personable and she made sure that my Dad felt comfortable with the entire process from start to finish. Thanks to Marie she made a very stressful situation go extremely smooth and everything went off without a hitch. The end result was amazing!!

Marie worked hard over a period of several months to find just the right condo in Town Shores for me. After much searching, she found a fully remodeled unit in a pet building. Closed on it a week or so ago and am already enjoying the place. I highly recommend her. She was both patient and thorough in her approach. I would definently use her again if I decide to upgrade to a three bedroom unit on the water

Marie works hard to get the job done! I listed an inherited condo in Town Shores with her and all our transactions were over the phone and email while I was 600 miles away. Marie and her office admin Constance, helped me find and coordinate (fairly priced) contractors to do much needed work on the unit and that made handling the sale of this property mostly stress free from so far away. It took a while to sell this unit, due to the work needed, being off season and then the pandemic hit but Marie was great to work with through the entire process, Im glad I chose her!
