Lived in a unit that was managed by Asset Management for 2 years. Had a great experience with the company as a whole and the property managers were always kind & professional. Any maintenance requests were addressed in a timely manner & never felt like a burden. I couldn't recommend them more, great property management is hard to come by!

After experiencing a decade of sub-par property management on two beautiful historic properties in downtown St. Pete, I was thrilled to find Darcie and her amazing team. The tenants Darcie placed are of excellent quality and have made my properties their homes. Whereas Dean & DeWitt told me I would never find tenants in the price I felt my unique properties warrant, Darcie found qualified tenants for both properties in less than 15 days. Plus, I have had zero headaches from unhappy tenants because Darcie and her team are effective managers! Darcie has phenomenal leadership and truly empowers her clients to improve their properties to where the best tenants will want to rent from you. I wish I had found Asset Management over a decade ago .

I am very pleased with the property management team. I receive responses quickly about any inquiry I have. I reported a plumbing issue and it was researched immediately! Anytime an update is being done to the apartment building I live in, we receive updates. The line of communication is really good and Im thankful for that!!
