    Update 3/21: On March 15th, I was told by a neighbor that a new AC unit was being installed (I have pics). I was also informed that the March tenant had been without working AC since he moved in. The coil cleaning done initially only served to blow cool air from the vents for a short period of time (an hour or so), not nearly enough time to lower the temp in the unit. I had explained this issue to the agent/owner many times, requesting pics of the inside temp showing below 74. Never received them, obviously because the AC wasn't cooling effectively. I did delay the initial, ineffective repair by 1 day as I had to take someone to the airport, couldn't get an arrival time from the tech and didn't want the tech or agent in the unit while I wasn't there. My move out was not a "unilateral" decision. At that point, I had commitment from the owner and agent that I would be refunded the full Feb rent of $3600 due to all the issues (washing machine and AC, neither working when I left), as indicated in the text thread I have with the agent/owner. Original Review: No stars. Rented a condo through this agency for Jan and Feb 2023. Air conditioning, washer and electrical issues began in the Feb. Temperature in the condo would not go below 74, and usually higher dependent on outside temps, even after it was "fixed" 9 days after reporting it. I moved out after 11 solid days of issues and waiting for service techs. Neither AC nor washer was fixed prior to me leaving on the 12th. After I moved out, Bill Davis sent pics of air temp flowing from the vents, showing cool temps. I explained several times that initially the air is cool, but it goes warm after an hour or so. I asked for pic of thermostat showing inside temp below 72. Have yet to receive that, which says to me that there is, in fact, still an issue. Agent and condo owner (Francisco Nunez) agreed to full refund for Feb ($3600), via a text message on 2/11. I moved out early on the 12th. A few days later I received a call from the agency stating I would only get $900. Have yet to receive that or the $1000 security deposit. I have filed complaints with BBB and the FL Attorney General's office that include text and email documentation of these issues, as well as the commitment of a $3600 refund. I cannot recommend renting through this agency or from this condo owner.
