    Its quite perplexing and disheartening to realize that as a resident, one cant effectively communicate with the property manager of Palmetto Pointe, where consistency and professionalism have lacked since the propertys existence.Its crucial to have someone adept at multitasking or to hire additional assistance to ensure that residents needs and concerns are addressed promptly and respectfully. No resident should feel disrespected or brushed off. The tone used by property manager was extremely out of pocket Its not what is said, but also how its communicated that matters. Residents may occasionally have time-sensitive issues that need addressing but they shouldnt be sidelined or met with street-like attitudes. If youre overwhelmed and overloaded with work dont take it out on residents . We as residents also dont haft to tolerate disrespect. Literally answers the phone with a attitude prior to even properly being greeted the tension and attitude show cased over phone is discouraging.This has been a ongoing WRH reality needs to assist with getting the proper employees in office so that the office can properly function. No one she be overloaded with work with theres ways to fix the issue by getting assistance in the office . Palmetto pointe apartments will continue to stay down hill if this issue isnt properly attended to . No one seems to care until a bad google review is submitted then theres attentiveness Thanks in advance a hurt resident

    Just found out that for the FIRST TIME EVER WRH has blocked our account for making payments! Why? As we tried making payments on Saturday & Sunday (BEFORE the 3rd Monday) we are unable to & this is a FIRST! We had no letters or emails letting us know our account will be closed with Zego and now we will be considered even later than usual! We already have mold, cracked bathroom floors, waiting on doors, and broken blinds since we have lived here so now to get in trouble for later than 15 days of rent is completely insane! GOD please help fix this because why is it even happening? Why? What did we do other than keep a clean home, pay all of our bills, & stay out of other people businesses that live out here. 4 kids and zero trouble over here.

    Absolute joke of a management group. The Palms of Clearwater is owned by WRH Realty, who seem to have some serious issues. Upon applying for one of the apartments within this community with myself and a guarantor on a Saturday, I was told it would take a couple days to see if my application would be approved or denied, as with any other complex. In this case however, it was within a day that the decision was made by the compliance department of WRH Realty. I was denied, and I was not told why I was denied at all. After multiple calls to the complex, an employee at the complex was unaware of my denial or even what was going on, and claimed to have no access to any information regarding the approval procedure. All I was told is that WRH may send me an email regarding why I was denied, and should arrive the same day or the next. I was also told that the "regional manager" would look into my issue and override it if possible. After asking this employee for a manager to call me later in the day regarding this issue, it took another day and a call into the complex yet again to speak to the assistant manager. I was then informed by the assistant manager that NO ONE in this complex has the ability to approve, deny or dispute an application. They also have ZERO ability to look into why I was denied, and claim that its "confidential" information, and the information will arrive in a letter in the mail roughly a week after the denial. The simple fact there was no communication throughout the process after I sent in $250 for application and holding fees forces me to place this review on both the community website and the overhead realty group website. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RENT HERE, OR WITH ANY COMMUNITY UNDER WRH REALTY. THEY MAY DENY YOU AND TAKE YOUR MONEY AND KEEP YOU IN THE DARK THE ENTIRE TIME. Regardless of your status, rent or own with someone else.

    We were forced to move out of our apartment at The Landings Boot Ranch in July of 2023 due to a leak that caused mold to start growing. We tried NUMEROUS times to contact the office to get things fixed and no answer. I wrote emails and received no response. We had to then spend thousands of dollars to move out on such short notice because I didn't want my 6-year-old daughter in an apartment with mold. Fast forward to now, FOUR months later and I still have not received my deposit back, after being told that I would. I contacted the office over 20 times, I got the run around every single time. I then went into the office three weeks ago, was told by Jennifer that she would contact me within a few days to let me know a check number. I have not heard from her since. I contacted the office a week ago, was told I would get a call back that afternoon, and of course no call back. I called the next day and left a message and still no response. I am passed frustrated at this point. I have been patient and yet no one from the office has the decency to call me with any updates.
