I was excited to go get my first "CHEMICAL PEEL" everything went very well. OR SO I THOUGHT. I paid for a peel from Groupon. However, what I paid for is not the service I received.. When I got home 2 days later I noticed that my face had been shaved using an electronic razor. My hair is rough on my face in certin spots. She went with the grain so it wasn't a clean shave however...my face was and is shaved. Lol I am having lil bumps on my lips from the razor. I am Spanish so i have lots of hair on my cheek Bones. I spoke to the staff via text which assured me that it was not a razor and what was used on my face was an ultrasonic cleansing blade...(BLADE BEING THE KEY WORD HERE ) AND IT DOES NOT.SHAVE YOUR FACE.. NEWSFLASH HONEY, MY FACE IS SHAVED AND TAKING ANYONES DARK HAIR OFF OF THEIR FACE WILL GIVE THE APPEARANCE OF A CLEANER LOOKING COMPLEEXTION. NEXT, I did some research on this SO CALLED CHEMICAL PEEL AND THE standard STEPS IN THE PEEL WERE NOT USED ON ME AT ALL.... I SWEAR I CANT MAKE THIS UP!!!! There was no blue mask I HAD NOT ONE SINGLE PIECE OF MY SKIN PEEL OFF MY FACE...MY FACE does NOT LOOK any better or any different then the day I walked in there. This lady literally used some sort of stuff which I compare to rubbing alcohol on my face. Didn't put on any blue mask. This peel is called the It's the """"Obagi blue radiance professional chemical peel""" Well this fake peel I got was far from blue was far from professional and did not do any of the things listed online that the peel is supposed to do...I read plenty of diff articles and I AM HIGHLY UPSET AND HIGHLY PISSES OFF. this took all my excitement away...and I will be doing home treatments from now on BECAUSE I HAVE NO TRUST IN ANY OF THESE OFFICES. THE LADY THAT DID IT WAS THE RED HEADED LADY THAT DOESNT SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH AND U CANT UNDERSTAND A FREAKING WORD SHE SAYS.... I decided to write this review instead of going into the off and showing out. I'm so upset ...about my first experience it ruined any and every other experience that I was even thinking about having.....thanks Karen Singers office for A REALLY BIG LET DOWN AND A RIO OFF!!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!

Dr. Karen Singer listened carefully to what I wanted and took her time adding lip filler while stopping and showing me in the mirror along the way so I could approve of each step. I love the natural results! Highly recommend.
