First and foremost my fur babies were returned to with wagging tails.
I knocked off one star for two reasons:
1) I specifically stated no clippers and they were used. I understand that they had some knots/mats but I always instruct that the groomer try to brush them out and if not possible or it causes discomfort to use a scissor to cut thru the knot ( as I do at home) to remove it. I have had terrible experiences with my dogs being hurt with clippers therefore I make a point of expressing that they not be used. In addition I did not want my puppy to be frightened as this was her first grooming appt and the noise the clippers make could be jarring. Its disconcerting to me that my instructions were disregarded.
2) I was given a price over the phone when I made the appt. for both my pups. When I picked my kidz up the fee was about 20% higher. I understand and respect they needed additional work to remove their knots and I had no problem paying for that but I should have been told prior to me picking them up. Thats just part of good business practices.

Took my dog here for the first time in February 2024. The groomer cut my dog under her armpit. I wouldnt recommend.

Nice, employees are friendly helpful. Very clean and neat. I love the way they have the dogs treats laid out, just scoop out what you want mix and match. Jackie our American Bully dog loves them. They also due grooming as well. I use to take my Chauhaha there to get his nails done and pick up treats. The treats are all natural and healthy. Woof Gang makes them. We got Jackie a small birthday dog cake plus other treats. She just loved them!

First time going to Woof Gang and cant express my gratitude for the professional service that I was provided during a stressful time in my life. From the time I called to the time I arrived and my experience with the groomer Britney. Having had 4 Cairn Terrier dogs over the past 20 years she is the best I have ever encountered. Once again dont hesitate to go to this groomer because they went out of their way to take care of my Cairn and provide me with professional services before during and after. Thanks Again
